When i first visited alcove, i went their to book another flat as the agent through which i was dealing was sitting in that place. Just had a look at the sample flat, and i found it to be pretty good. The type of home which i wanted. I got that design, which i got no where else. Both the rooms separate. with 2 bathrooms in between, and from the living room, you cannot see the bedroom and vice versa. Also this has got a very beautiful balcony attached with the master bedroom. So all in all i liked this place very much. Don't care about the amenities,as we hardly use them.

Just hope that when the finishing touches are given to it, i get satisfied with it. And hope that no further issue is arised with the builder
