I have visited kumar shantiniketan -Pune in last week, we came to know that this project is delayed by 3years,and looking at the current construction i think there is still lots of work to do. and there are already few flats on resale. want to know the reason.

This is most lousy builder in Pune history. This is the worst project I should call in Pune history. Yeh project quality ke naam pe dhabba hai. Quality is pathetic. I mean even small child can find mistakes in the work done. Let me give some examples here
1. Door frames are not in correct shapes. There are bends in the frames. Means...at the bottom if it measure 24inches at the top it is 23 or 26. or in the middle it is something else.
2. Window grills from outside has no geometry . I guess since basic window shape is messed up the contractor who made grills for Kumar has no way of mathing shape window.
3. Sliding doors of window are pathtic. One can easily remove sliding door by tilting it.
4. No leak proof. Water comes under the window frame in regular rain.
5. When we got possession we found out 50 mistakes that Kumar builder needs to be corrected. Even after one month they have not taken care of those. Their engineer keeps telling they have short of man power.
6. Bathroom windows of very very low qaulity. One does not need power to bend window.
7. Possession was delayed by 1 year and they dont regret to customers. They have an attitude when they talk to customers. They just dont pickup phone when they know who is calling.
8. They are focusing more on outside things rather than inside flat. Example is they are focusing more on swimming pool, podium work.....because people gets attracted. This is what their engineers told me.

We have already replied to all your other grievances on other forums too. We are yet again deeply apologetic for these issues, but trust that now the problems have been solved. The road to customer satisfaction has been with a high learning curve for us, but we believe we have come out shining! :)

I stay in Kumar Shantiniketan. I guess whatever problems were there regarding the maintenance has been solved. There were a couple of damages with respect to the doors and leakages.But they have been solved long back. I had placed a complained about a leaking roof. But they solved within no time.
