I have a flat in wadhwani construction and will say that be aware of wadhwani construction, this builder may give you the flat on lower rate as compare to market but the construction quality is very very poor and also what he promise is never fulfilled. If you still do not believe then visit Sai Atharva or Sai Shree his earlier projrcts where each and every society member is struggling for what he has already paid. and builder hasd pnly one answer that now it has been constructed and i can not do anything.

believe me guys this is a big cheat he has n ot given parkings to flat owners and just thnk what will be the value of your flat without parking.

Think a lot before you purchase flat in wadhwani conmstruction.
