He portrays himself as a visionary entrepreneur of Garve Properties but he is most selfish, filthy fellow I have seen in my life. To your astonishment, He will do booking with you & then he will try to sell the flat to other customers who are willing to pay more. After doing agreement also, He will try to sell it to someone else if he is getting a better rate. I have heard this that He has entered into double agreements for his flats in Amora Homes, Wakad.
He is been blacklisted in few banks.
Guys, Please be on watch & do a thorough research of your flat before buying anything from this greedy fellow.
Even if the project is approved from any bank. Take a moment, See whether he is not selling you already sold out flat. If not, Then only go ahead and pray to God that he doesn’t sell it again to anyone else.
