This builderis(Nitin Garve) totally fruad as aleardy many people said.
Dont go with such unethical cheap builder.

Some of the victim of nitin garve is just planning to go for court case.

There are lots of issue in Amora homes project.

In B building he even not open booking. he is plannig to keep whole building on rent to students & bechlores. For falmily people it is difficult to stay there.

Construction quality is worst.
He charges 2,50,000 for MSEB ?.
he offering :
free water purifier -5000-8000 cost
free shoes rack 500-700 Rs.
free invertor 25,000

History of this builder is very bad in market.
he is also black listed in some nationalized banks.
After registration of your flat , he will allot same flat to other people on higher rate and pressurised you to cancelled the flat or take your money back.
